Amazon's API can sometimes take a long time to reflect any listing changes you make (e.g. new listings, removed listings, SKU changes, stock level updates). Normally it takes between 15-20 minutes but we've seen it go as far back as a few hours. Unfortunately this is completely out of our control. Inventory syncing due to order changes however should be much faster since we have a few optimizations in place to handle this.
