You can be alerted as soon as a stock level goes below a threshold. To do this for a specific product, click on its stock level within your inventory:
Then specify what that threshold should be:
By setting the threshold to 6, for example, you'll receive an email notification as soon as the stock level becomes 5 or less. It'll also be indicated as such:
You won't be notified again if the stock continues to be adjusted lower. Instead, you'll only be notified in the future if the stock goes above the threshold and then goes below again.
Is there a way to set a threshold for all my products?
Sure! Right now, you'll need to get in touch with us to set this up. In the future, you'll be able to import it with a CSV file.
