Nope! You only need to install Trunk once on the Shopify store you want to be billed with. All additional Shopify stores can then be added as sales channels within the same Trunk account. Pricing will be calculated based on your order volume across all your sales channels.
Please reach out if you'd prefer to be billed using a credit card instead of going through Shopify's own billing system!
