Trunk will automatically link listings with SKUs to a matching product within Trunk's inventory (or create it if it doesn't exist) and keep them synced. If there are other listings with the same SKU within the same sales channel, Trunk will skip linking those. By default, Trunk will only link one unique listing SKU per sales channel.
If you'd like multiple listings with the same SKU per sales channel to be linked to the same product within Trunk's inventory and then have them synced to each other, you can enable this behavior within that sales channel's settings.
In the sales channel's settings page, scroll to the bottom and click on Advanced to reveal the setting to enable duplicate SKU linking.
Enabling this setting will only affect future listings. If you'd like to your existing listings be linked this way, please reach out to support.
Now when multiple listings with the same SKU are linked to the same product in your inventory, you'll see parentheses like this:
where the (4) would mean there are 4 different listings from the same sales channel linked to this, each with the same quantity of 744.
If the 4 listings were to each have different quantities, then you'll see something like this:
where the + (plus) would indicate that the lowest quantity out of all the listings is 744
