We're sorry to see you go 😢 It's very easy to cancel your subscription with Trunk. First, it will depend on how you're being billed. To check this, go to billing and find out what it says under Payment Method.
If it says Shopify, this means you're being billed through Shopify's billing system since you installed Trunk through the Shopify App Store. To cancel your subscription, you'll need to uninstall Trunk from your Shopify store which will then automatically cancel your subscription. Instructions on how to do that can be found here.
If it lists a credit card, this means you're being billed through our own payment processor, Stripe. Please contact us via live chat or email us at [email protected] and we'll cancel your subscription right away.
