It's very easy to cancel your subscription with Trunk! First, it will depend on how you're being billed. To check this, go to billing and see what it says under Payment Method.
- If it says Shopify, this means you're being billed through Shopify's billing system since you installed Trunk through the Shopify App Store. To cancel your subscription, you can just uninstall Trunk from your Shopify store which will automatically cancel your subscription.
- If it lists a credit card, then that means you're being billed through our own payment processor, Stripe. Please email us at [email protected] and we'll be able to cancel your subscription right away.
