Nope! You only need to install Trunk on one Shopify store. Every additional Shopify store that you want to sync with can be added as <a href="https://app.trunkinventory.com/sales-channels" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">another sales channel within the same Trunk account</a>.
