A week or so before your next billing cycle, we'll look at your orders per month again and determine if we need to move you to another tier. If so, you'll be notified and be upgraded or downgraded automatically.

What is considered an order?
It's an actual order that has been placed by one of your customers. An order can consist of many items but it would still only be considered one order. Stock level changes aren't counted as orders.
If you only need to sync a subset of your inventory (e.g. you're a coffeeshop with lots of drink orders but only need to sync your merchandise), please reach out to us so that we can discuss making the pricing more fair for you.
What happens if an order is canceled?
Don't worry, it wont be counted since we only count fulfilled orders.
Is there a setup fee?
Nope, only the monthly fee.
Do I have to pay sales tax or VAT?
We currently don't pass on sales tax or VAT charges to our customers.
What currency will I be charged with?
All charges will be in USD.
