A week or so before your next billing cycle, we'll look at your orders per month again and determine if we need to move you to another tier. If so, you'll be notified and be upgraded or downgraded automatically.

And now, some frequently asked questions below!

What is considered an order?

It's an actual order that has been placed by one of your customers. An order can consist of many items but it would still only be considered one order. That means stock level changes aren't counted as orders.

I'm doing a lot of in-store orders (e.g. Square POS) for items that don't need to be synced. How would pricing be handled for that situation?

We're aware our pricing model doesn't work well for these situations since it can unfairly inflate your pricing. So we're happy to work with you on custom pricing that more accurately reflects the synced items you sell in-store by setting a static orders per month for that specific sales channel (e.g. Square POS).
